This will be a one hour class, but if you would like to stay after and learn to "curb your sweet tooth", I welcome your participation! I have some tips and tricks that can help. Grab a chocolate bar for this part and be ready to enjoy. NO milk chocolate allowed! RULES: Have a 70 % or higher dark chocolate bar. And if you want a gold star- have an 85% one also!
