I learned to cook and eat in a house that valued ingredients and family time at the table. In the 1970s, we ate homemade Indian food and fresh fish in Upstate NY - absolute rarities at the time/place. My Mom as a nursery school teacher so we learned “colorful” plates before pyramids or divided plates showed portions. My Dad’s Mom was a nurse, so fresh food was important, as were real dairy products and good olive oil. My parents purchased meat directly from farm. I spent years in the ‘80s and ‘90s living in Asia and learning to cook differently by necessity. So - a lot more than “normal” has gone into cooking and eating for me for as long as I can remember. But, how I prepare quality food has been more important too. I rarely have the time my Mom did, with a gluten allergy in the house, and a husband raised by Californians, we eat veggie-forward. This could take more time, without the right tools. Thanks to Kelly it does not!! Quick prep; quick, no-fail cooking that preserves flavor and nutrition has been the answer. Cookware does make a big difference. Plus, I don’t know what I did before my electric skillet! So thanks Ms Pots! ~ S.H, Virginia
Kelly has been such a great resource for me as the main cook in the family. I have learned so much about using the right type of oils, eating natural unprocessed foods and the importance of using the right equipment. I can't say enough about my EOC skillet!!! I use it daily and plan all my meals around my skillet. I have enjoyed her classes very much. Her enthusiasm and dedication to healthier eating is contagious. She inspires me and my family to eat better and am very grateful. Thank you, Kelly.

I bought my cookware around 33 years ago. Unfortunately, I didn't have the internet resources that are available today. When I saw Kelly making the green pancakes in her skillet I immediately sent her a message. I knew the pan! Kelly has sparked a new love for all things healthy. She has the knowledge and passion to help others. I'm enjoying her resources and recipes. If you need help and want to cook healthier, definitely reach out to her. She's so fun! I consider her a sweet friend!

Facebook post! I made a purchase of the cookware Kelly sells, I was looking in this group to see who else had bought it and if they liked it as much as Kelly did. I am a month into using it and I love it! It really has saved me money on oils because all of my cooking methods before required a lot of oil where now I cook something in the electric skillet and add it oil after it’s cooked. It really does taste so good. The food processor is so nice for chopping/grating things. And if I’m being honest my husband was super skeptical of all of this and since getting it, he’s learned to use it himself and actually loved the taste of eggs being made on the electric skillet and ate an entire carton in 2 days. He was also very proud to tell me he heated up his hotdog in the electric skillet instead of in the microwave anyways, it’s saved me time and money and Kelly’s recipes are delicious! I thought I’d share my not so fancy pictures of some of the things I’ve made and say that it’s a thumbs up on the cookware in case anyone was on the edge about making the purchase. I used to use only the cast iron skillet and one night when I was too lazy to learn how to use the electric skillet for making burgers I made them on my cast iron skillet and then I couldn’t even eat the burgers because I could taste the cast iron and got grossed out lol .
