20 Minute Chili

This chili is easy to keep all the ingredients on hand and is perfect when time is short. it is will taste like is has been simmering all day.

Ingredients:

1 yellow onion , chopped (cone 2)

3 cloves of garlic, minced

1-15 ounce can , seasoned diced tomatoes

3- 15 ounce can , black beans, garbanzo, kidney beans

1 pound grass fed ground beef

1 pkg. of chili seasoning (see below for homemade version

1- 8 ounce can of green chilis


Directions:

  1. Saute onions and garlic for 2 minutes in preheated (350) MP5.

  2. Add ground beef and stir

  3. Then add beans, tomatoes, chilis and seasoning. Close lid.

  4. When valve clicks and lid is hot to touch, turn down to low (200) and continue to cook for 20 minutes.


Homemade seasoning:

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 teaspoon onion and garlic powder

1 teaspoon of salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper
