Apple Crumble

Fall isn’t just for pumpkins. Apples make an appearance that is hard to pass up. Not only high in fiber, it is nature’s dessert. Make applesauce or a quick crumble but remember, never peel it! The skin is the where the nutrition is hiding. Eat and enjoy!

5 apples, unpeeled, chopped or Cone 3

topping:

1 cup oatmeal

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 cup coconut sugar

¼ pecans, chopped

1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted

2 tablespoon flour (optional)

Or

1 cup of prepared granola


  1. Place apples in the electric skillet or in a 12 skillet.

  2. Combine topping and sprinkle on top or granola).

  3. Temp set at 300 or medium heat, covered.

  4. Medium click to low (200) for 10 minutes.

  5. Or 350, 30 minutes, uncovered
