1 avocado (medium, ripe)
2 eggs
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup coconut sugar or sugar of your choice
3 tablespoons ghee or coconut oil
½ cup almond flour
½ cup cacao powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon sea salt
⅓ cup organic dark chocolate chips
Blend all ingredients in a food processor except chocolate chips.
Stir in chips reserving some for the top.
Preheat electric skillet to 200, spray with avocado and add batter.
Sprinkle with remaining chips and set temp to 300 for 18-22 minutes and cover.
Or
Preheat oven to 350, add batter to a 9x9 inch pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
