No added sugar and you won't miss it! I only used bananas to sweeten and the family all loved it! Try for yourself. One dish, little time and effort and a great way to start the day.

2 cups of rolled oats
2 bananas (mashed)
1 ¾ cup plant milk
2 Tablespoon milled flax seed
½ teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Spray EOC with avocado spray
Combine and add tp preheated EOC (200F)
Add fruit and cover
Turn temp to 300 and set timer for 20 minutes.
Fruit ideas: apples, blueberries, peaches, strawberries
Top with yogurt, almond butter, nuts, granola, flaxseed.
(Reheat for precooked breakfast)
