Baked Oatmeal

No added sugar and you won't miss it! I only used bananas to sweeten and the family all loved it! Try for yourself. One dish, little time and effort and a great way to start the day.

2 cups of rolled oats

2 bananas (mashed)

1 ¾ cup plant milk

2 Tablespoon milled flax seed

½ teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon cinnamon


  1. Spray EOC with avocado spray

  2. Combine and add tp preheated EOC (200F)

  3. Add fruit and cover

  4. Turn temp to 300 and set timer for 20 minutes.


Fruit ideas: apples, blueberries, peaches, strawberries


Top with yogurt, almond butter, nuts, granola, flaxseed.


(Reheat for precooked breakfast)
