Almond Dougnuts

1 egg

¾ cup Pamela's baking flour

(if using regular add, 1 tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp baking soda,¼ tsp salt)

¼ almond pulp

¼ cup coconut sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

2 tablespoon coconut oil (melted)


Maple glaze

4 tablespoons maple syrup

¾ cup powdered sugar

(they are good enough without the glaze)

  1. Preheat oven to 375 or electric skillet to 200.

  2. Mix ingredients and stir well.

  3. Transfer to a ziploc and cut off tip.

  4. Spray pan.

  5. Pipe dough into a doughnut mold.

  6. Bake 10-12 minutes in oven.

  7. If using electric skillet, place in skillet, turn up temp to 300 and cover. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

  8. Make glaze by stirring sugar with syrup.
