Homemade Bouillon:


1/2 cup nutritional yeast

2 tablespoon kosher salt

1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. smoked paprika

1 tsp. turmeric

1/2 tsp. ginger

  1. Add 1 tablespoon bouillon to a 16 ounce jar, 1/2 tsp. miso, 1/3 cup rice noodles, shredded zucchini, shredded carrots, kale or spinach, chopped green onion, edamame, corn, peas, chicken or chopped tofu. Be creative and add other vegetables. Also add a dash of rice vinegar and soy sauce if desired.

  1. Pour boiling hot water over and cover for 5 minutes.

EXTRA tip- if you want noodles super soft, cook and drain and add to the bottom of each jar.
