Heavenly Purple Sweet Potato Smoothie Bowl

Talk about starting the day with a colorful burst of flavor and nutrition!  Purple sweet potatoes are high in fiber, phytonutrients, antioxidants and just makes sense to add to you diet...And let's face it, the color is brilliant!

Ingredients:

2 purple sweet potatoes ( 8 ounces) diced, or cone 3

2 frozen ripe bananas

¼ cup yogurt (greek or plant based)

Juice of a lime or lemon (! like lime best)


Toppings:

Granola

Coconut

Berries

Bananas

Nuts

Ground flax
