Oatmeal Power Bowl

This was created by my college student. It makes a mama proud when then send you this phone from college!

Cooked whole grain oatmeal or steel cut oats

Chia pudding (2 tablespoons of chia seed for every 1/2 cup milk)

Make in advance and have for yogurt bowl or a snack

Almond butter

Berries, bananas

toppings: milled flax seed, pumpkin seed, nuts of choice and unsweetened coconut flakes
