Salad Dressings

Toss all of those plastic dressing bottles and start keeping a few of your favorite dressing in jars.   As long as you aren’t adding herbs, garlic or lemon juice, they will last for months! You may notice some similar ingredients in some.  This makes it easy to have the ingredients on hand!

Balsamic VInaigrette (white)


½ cup white balsamic vinegar

⅛ cup honey

1 tablespoons dijon mustard

½ teaspoon sea salt

¾ cup grapeseed oil

¼ cup water (if desired)


Balsamic VInaigrette (Happy Carrot Fav)


½ cup balsamic vinegar

⅛ cup honey or maple syrup 

1 tablespoons dijon mustard

½ teaspoon sea salt

¾ cup grapeseed oil

¼ water (if desired)


Grapefruit Vinaigrette


½ cup of grapefruit juice

1 tablespoons of white balsamic vinegar

⅛ cup of honey

1 tablespoon dijon mustard

½ teaspoon sea salt

¾ cup grapeseed oil

¼ cup water (if desired)


Champagne Vinaigrette 


½ cup champagne vinegar

⅛ cup of honey or agave

1 teaspoon of dijon

¾ cup grapeseed oil

¼ cup water (if desired)


Maple Mustard Dressing


⅓ cup olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon of maple syrup

2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 garlic clove, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

2 teaspoon dijon mustard


Orange juice Vinaigrette


1/2 cup orange juice

1 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoons white balsamic

⅛ cup honey

1 tablespoon of dijon mustard

¾ cup grapeseed oil



SImple dressing 


1/4 cup Olive oil

3 Tablespoons apple vinegar or an flavor vinegar you choose

dash of dijon and honey
