Avocado Mousse

serves 8
For Mousse:2 avocados1 cup dark cocoa powder1/3 cup honey1/3 cup maple syrup1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon1 Tablespoon of vanilla extractpinch of salt
Salted almonds:1/2 cup raw silvered almonds1/4 teaspoon of salt1 Tablespoon of water
  1. Puree ingredients for 2 minutes in a food processor or blender
  2. Almonds- mix ingredients, set temp to 300 in EOC, add almonds and cover for 4 minutes.
  3. Serve is small aperitif glasses topped with almonds, berries and mint leaves.
