Stove-top Veggie Cake

Stove-top Veggie Cake


⅓-½ package of a vanilla or chocolate cake mix

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 carrot shredded (cone 1)

½ zucchini (cone 2)

Fresh blueberries (optional)

Pear, sliced (Cone 4)


Directions:

  1. Beat eggs, add cake mix and vanilla.

  2. Add zucchini, carrots, and blueberries and mix.

  3. Add sliced pears to the bottom of a 9 inch skillet.

  4. Add batter and cover.

  5. Turn to medium heat, when vapo-valve clicks, turn to low and continue for 15-20 minutes.
