Stove-top Veggie Cake
⅓-½ package of a vanilla or chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 carrot shredded (cone 1)
½ zucchini (cone 2)
Fresh blueberries (optional)
Pear, sliced (Cone 4)
Directions:
Beat eggs, add cake mix and vanilla.
Add zucchini, carrots, and blueberries and mix.
Add sliced pears to the bottom of a 9 inch skillet.
Add batter and cover.
Turn to medium heat, when vapo-valve clicks, turn to low and continue for 15-20 minutes.
