Pizza Three Ways

Cauliflower pizza, paleo pizza or a pre-cooked crust.  Kale pesto, BBQ pizza or just traditional.  The ideas are endless.

Paleo Style Pizza


½ cup blanched almond flour

¾ cup tapioca flour/starch plus 2-3 T for spreading

6 Tablespoons coconut flour (divided 3 Tbs and 3 Tbs)

1/2 tsp onion and garlic powder

1 tsp. Italian seasoning

¾ tsp. fine grain sea salt

⅓ cup warm water

⅓ olive oil

1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 egg

1 piece of parchment paper



      6. Directions for oven:


Top with Kale pesto or other pizza sauce. Optional: cheese (percarino) or brazil nut cheese.  

Or bake in over in 12 inch skillet and use and quiche crust (bake 10 minutes and then add egg mixture).

Cauliflower Pizza


One head of cauliflower (about 2 cups)  (#2 Cone) 

1 cup mozzarella, gouda or cheese of your choice ( #2 Cone)

1 egg

Dry seasonings and salt as desired


1. Preheat EOC to 425 and place mixture in skillet and cover. 

2. Cook for 8-10 min until the edges are brown.

2. Add toppings. 

3. Cover and turn down to 350. Cook until it is melted (maybe 5 minutes).



Pizza Electric Skillet with Pre-made Crust or Dough Ball


Dough Ball - 300 degrees F for 15 minutes. (Lid sealed).

or

Pre-Cooked Pizza Crust- 400 degrees F for 10-15 minutes (Lid sealed).

Pizza Topping Ideas

BBQ Chicken Pizza

Top with organic BBQ sauce, chicken, gouda cheese, red onions, cilantro and fresh mozzarella or Brazil nut cheese, arugula to the top or side before serving.

Kale Pesto Pizza

2 cup of Kale

1 cup of basil

½ teas salt

1/4 cup pepitas 

juice of one lemon

1/4 cup  of olive oil

1-2 cloves of garlic (optional)

1 Tablespoon nutrititioal yest or 1/4 cup parm cheese



Use as topping on pizza with pecorino cheese or on cooked chicken.
